Jolina Magat is one of Western Turbo's newest employees, but already she sees the difference culture can make in a workplace. "Everyday I come to work and love the fact that everyone is part of a big family here - it makes me feel good to be a part of a team".
In her past employment in the aerospace industry, roles were more stereotypical and she didn't really feel a part of a team. It's way different at Western Turbo. "Everyone is working towards the goal of satisfying the customer" Jolina adds - "We all share knowledge with each other to deliver the best customer result"
Jolina appreciates the opportunity that Western has given her, and especially appreciates that her supervisor is also a woman. "It really shows that Western Turbo is all about having the best people in the right positions. It's a culture that I admire and respect"
For Jolina, she sees herself being a part of the Western Turbo family for many years to come.
